My passion lies in guiding enterprises through from start-up to scale, and working with established businesses looking to reach their next step of evolution, optimising their operations through strategic change management and system automation.

My expertise spans global market entry, building high-performing teams, and navigating international sales. I have a proven flair for client acquisition and have strong ability in the art of strategic business planning, budgeting, P&L forecasting, and financial management. Whether it’s generating leads, developing business opportunities, or managing complex projects, I ensure seamless operations and enhanced customer journeys.

Currently, I’m the CEO of Staar Player, Managing Director of Studio Eleven Audio and Global Head of CRM Growth for Home of Sound. Before venturing into the music industry, I honed my skills in the world of real estate. My varied roles included Head of Training & Development for leading global brand Fine & Country and COO for property expert and renowned TV personality Sarah Beeny.

Beyond real estate and music, my business consulting experience spans various industries, from skincare and beauty to holistic therapies, fitness, mortgage services and more. I’ve mentored countless people through The Aspire Women Foundation, a non-profit that empowered over 80 million women in 60 countries. I’m also a certified DISC trainer.

I’m deeply passionate about democratising scale strategies, particularly relating to client acquisition.
